Processing Times:
For small or completed products, (e.g. shirts, cutting boards, coffee tables) we usually start transport within a couple business days from purchase date. For uncompleted or large products, we usually start transport within a week from purchase date. For custom orders processing times, see Terms & Conditions. Unless otherwise stated, we do not guarantee any particular processing time.

Transport Damages/Loss:
We try to package our products to reduce the chance of damage. If We damage a product during transport than we shall bare the liability, and, if already paid for, issue a refund or exchange. If third party transport company damages or looses a product, they shall be held liable for the damaged or lost value. IMPORTANTLY, once purchaser signs for or excepts delivery, without indicating and documenting any damages, they are indicating that they do not wish to make a claim for damages and agree to not hold Us liable for the product condition. Off Island Shipping Policy:
Off Island Shipping costs vary significantly for large products based on destination, size, date, and other conditions; usually ranging from $200-$2,000. Unless otherwise agreed upon, purchaser shall pay for all shipping costs associated with the shipment of any product from Us to the purchaser.
Big Island Delivery Policy:
We can deliver some products to locations around the Big Island, and others we can hire a third party transport company. We will charge for this service, however, we do offer a free table setup service if this transport option if chosen.
Big Island Pick Up Policy:
Purchasers can pick up products from our physical location for free. Please schedule a time to do this.
International Shipping:
We do not offer international shipping.
